Well-supplied kitchen, spacious balcony, good location for exploring Nice and nearby villages. Secure underground garage with elevator access. Pleasant, uncrowded pool. Suitable for families.

Furnishings somewhat spartan with restricted space in the bathroom. The main lounge furniture consists of a fouton without arms and 4 plastic chairs.No patio loungers or comfortable chairs.

Quite far from the beach, wouldn't really call it walking distance, the hot water ran out most evenings with only 4 people showering, not much going on in cagnes sur mer compared to Antibes and other places closer to better beaches

the staff was welcoming and polite. 2.3. the location was great for Cagnes-sur-Mer, very close to the center and trains. 4. My food was perfect and nice. Rewritten: I had a great experience at Residence Le Crystal in Cagnes-sur-Mer. the staff was friendly and courteous, making my stay comfortable. the location was ideal, close to the center of Cagnes-sur-Mer and train stations. Plus, the food was delicious. I would definitely return in the future.

Absolutely nothing

For starters, the rooms are not cleaned by any staff, but by the previous client!!!!! This, for me, is a first. When you leave the you have to clean the room and toillets but, of course, you don´t take you cleaning products with you in your luggage. So the toillet may look clean but it is not. The lack of higiene is evident. The rooms do not have sheets, or towels ou toilett paper.There is only staff on the reception every two days.

The location was perfect, at a medium distance from a restored 1300s castle. All the staff was amiable and helpful, fixed my issues. The room on photographs: D

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a spacious and well-equipped apartment, including a kitchen for cooking meals. The location was convenient, with shops, restaurants, and a supermarket within walking distance, and a free shuttle bus to the nearby castle and beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we loved the large balcony and rooftop pool with great views. The roller shutters on the windows were fantastic for keeping out daylight and noise, making it a quiet place for our toddler to sleep.

The only improvement I would suggest for breakfast selection is to have a wider variety of options.

A very bad experience because of the unpleasant attitude of the manager sanderine who did her best to ruin our vacation by not giving important information as no hot water and the dirt of toilet dustin flat we left before time. We consider to claim her in court

The apartment was spacious and clean with a large deck.

This is not a hotel and comes with no services including no sheets or towels, toilet paper, soap, etc. If you want these you can rent them, but only when the reception is open, which is very limited. We arrived late and therefor had no sheets or towels or toilet paper our first night and if not for the help of our french speaking taxi driver we would have been sleeping on the street the first night. I would not recommend this place for travelers expecting and services. The town is nice and the location is within 15 minutes of the train station.

Nothing to dislike.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The desk was only staffed two times a day for a few hours each. If anything needed attention or we needed help with something, it had to wait until someone was on premises.

Everything was good, excellent location adjacent to Le Crystal, the beach and restaurants along the promenade and great parking spot in the sutterain parkin, exceptional staff. The room was fairly good and a nice size and bright with the balcony with nice view to the front when I arrived...

Great spot just 1 km away from a river. the staff here is amazing, always going above and beyond. the apartments have all your basic needs covered.

Very good location, friendly staff, nice apartments and good value for the price. A plus for the free WiFee in the lobby.

The Lady at reception was very kind and very helpful. The location was new, the appartement was completely furnished and everything was clean. ( According to the description of the location towels and sheets can be rented, consumables - toilet paper ! - can be buyed.)

Durring our stay a new road was under construction, unfortunately close to our appartement. Work started at 07.00 am, except weekend. It was very noisy.
